Mobile Applications

Our web dashboard and customer portal may access the following device features when used on mobile browsers:

• Product Updates — Notify you of new versions and security patches (with your consent)
• Website analytics — Understand marketing-site traffic via Netlify Analytics and/or a privacy-friendly meter (Plausible/Fathom). This is separate from the self-hosted product and is not estate phone-home

• License data is stored on our secure servers with encryption at rest and in transit
• Your monitoring data (repository databases, dashboards, reports) is stored only on YOUR servers — we do not access it
• We use industry-standard TLS/SSL encryption for all data transmission

• We conduct regular security reviews of our infrastructure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our websites (including www.dbaops.solutions, www.dbaopsframework.com, and the customer portal) may use:

• Essential cookies / local storage — Required for site or portal functionality
• Server-side / privacy-friendly analytics — Netlify Analytics (CDN/log-based) and, if enabled, Plausible or Fathom. These measure marketing pages only
• Optional local UI counters — A floating clock widget may store page-load counts in your browser localStorage only; it is not global visitor telemetry

We do not use advertising cookies, third-party ad tracking, IP geolocation APIs (e.g. ipapi), or public “recent visitors” maps. DBAOps Sovereign™ installs do not phone home estate telemetry for usage analytics. You can clear site data through your browser settings.

International Data Transfers

Our services are based in the United States. If you access our products from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions. By using our products, you consent to such transfers. We take appropriate safeguards to ensure your data receives an adequate level of protection.
