If you are not satisfied with RHOYLLE DBA Suite within 30 days of your first paid subscription, contact us for a full refund. This applies to your first subscription only (monthly or annual).

How to Request a Refund

Email licensing@dbaopsframework.com or admin@dbaopsframework.com with:

• Your license key or account email
• Reason for refund (optional but helpful)

We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

What Is Not Refundable

• Subscriptions after the first 30 days
• Renewals (annual or monthly) after the initial period
• Custom consulting, implementation, or professional services
• Free tier (Scout) — no payment, no refund

Price Changes

We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers may be grandfathered at their current rate for a transition period. We will notify you of any change before it takes effect.
