1. Acceptance

By accessing or using RHOYLLE INNOVATION EMPIRE LLC ("we," "us," "our") products, websites, or services, including RHOYLLE DBA Suite, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our products.

2. License Grant

Subject to these Terms and your payment (where applicable), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software for your internal business purposes in accordance with your subscription tier.

3. Restrictions

You may not: reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software; remove proprietary notices; sublicense, sell, or distribute the software; use it for unlawful purposes; or exceed the server/device limits of your tier.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

                THE SOFTWARE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use the software at your own risk.
            

5. Limitation of Liability

                TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RHOYLLE INNOVATION EMPIRE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the software shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
            

6. Feedback

By submitting feedback, ideas, or proposals to us, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and incorporate such feedback into our products without obligation to you. We are not obligated to implement any suggestion or keep it confidential.

7. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be communicated via email where we have your contact information.
