All support is charged. Proof of payment required. Support Code system.

Important: Support on any tool—including free products—is charged for a fee. Inquiries on free products are charged to show we take all clients seriously.

Support Code System

When you pay for support, you receive a Support Code (e.g., SUP-20260306-A1B2C3) via email. This code confirms your payment.

  1. Pay the support fee (via invoice, payment link, or agreed method)
  2. Receive your Support Code by email
  3. Send proof of payment + Support Code to admin@dbaopsframework.com or the phone numbers below
  4. Get support once we verify your payment

No code = No support. The code unlocks support after verification.

Free Product Inquiries

Inquiries about free products (Community Edition, scripts, add-ons) are charged. Pay the support fee → Receive Support Code → Send proof + code → Get support.

Response Time

With valid Support Code and proof of payment: within 1–2 business days. Without code: no response.
